Mount is a strategic transformation consultant, working exclusively for the financial services industry.
We work for all the major (and minor) players in the Dutch financial industry on strategy and transformation projects tailored to the finance and risk domains. We strive to offer the best knowledge, project experience and market insight to the CFO and CRO of banks, insurance companies, asset
managers, and pension funds. We do so by providing an alternative to the common idea of consultancy
work by creating an environment where you can be a part of important discussions and express your
mind freely from day one. The absence of the hierarchical structure provides the space for seniors and
juniors to work together leading to steep learning curve with plenty of support on your way to becoming
the next generation of management consultants in the financial industry.
What we look for
The next generation of management consultants in the financial industry. As a consultant, you will be
involved in these projects as a business analyst, data analyst or junior architect. In these roles you will be
responsible for gathering information, structuring it into a concise analysis and defining a solution for
the problem at hand.
The circumstances of these assignments will never be the same, from a large international bank or
insurer to an asset manager or a pension fund. We do limit ourselves to CFO and CRO assignments,
where regulatory transformations are a large part of what we do.
