Training and Development

Due to the specific nature of the work environment, we don’t expect you to fully immerse yourself in your new job and work environment right away. Instead, you will start by participating in an intensive three-month internal training program that covers all the details of trading within Flow Traders. As a member of an informal team, you will gradually take on more responsibilities, monitor markets, and only then make split-second portfolio adjustments that form the core of our success. From trading stocks, bonds, and options to devising tactics, contributing to new tools, and implementing actual programs, you shape our trading strategies.
