About SiRM
At SiRM we work on current themes in healthcare that affect the lives of millions of Dutch people. We help to steer the major changes in this complex market in the right direction by providing strategic advice to administrators and policymakers. We formulate our advice on the basis of thorough quantitative, economic and conceptual analyses. We have extensive sector knowledge and expertise about, for example, funding, contracting or competition. Content is our top priority. SiRM draws up advice on behalf of individual clients. In addition, we also work on behalf of several parties at the same time. Think of the government, trade associations and individual healthcare institutions. We assist them in arriving at a jointly supported strategy or policy. To this end, we immerse ourselves in the interests of each of them and together look for the shared interest. We like to think along with you about content and contribute our own ideas. An inspiring team with an informal and collegial working atmosphere working together is the core of our success. We work with driven, curious and authentic colleagues who have diverse backgrounds. From mathematics, econometrics, neuroscience to business administration, medicine, health economics and sciences and law. Partly due to our different backgrounds, we naturally complement each other well and at SiRM you will find a positive and open team dynamic, without internal power relations. There is also plenty of room for socializing at the monthly drinks, the annual ‘SiRM on the road’ and various activities throughout the year.
