The Technology, Vision & Architecture team is at the crucial intersection of business, technology and industry. We help our clients reinvent their business strategy based on the latest technological solutions and assist them during digital transformations. Our team guides leading companies in formulating a technology and architecture vision and roadmap to support business strategy and we advise on the value and impact of emerging technology trends.
We are looking for a Junior Consultant who can help us solve the most critical and complex business and technology challenges of our clients, in the Netherlands and abroad. Together with your project team, you ensure a growing awareness of the importance of modern architecture within organizations and you apply your knowledge and experience in disruptive technologies such as Cloud, Business Ecosystems, IoT, Agile and DevOps.
How do you do this?
In this role you will be part of project teams that strategically advise our clients on technological solutions and help them realize them. Typical project activities are:
- Translate business vision and needs into architecture and technological solutions;
- Supporting clients with complex technology-driven transformations such as post-merger or acquisition integrations, cloud, agile and digital transformations;
- Supporting clients in exploring and implementing disruptive technologies;
- Reviewing the as-is and designing the to-be architectures;
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues from different teams (e.g. Strategy and Business Design, Cloud Engineering, Analytics) to drive end-to-end transformations;
- Take responsibility and initiative to independently deliver parts of client work and communicate insights and recommendations to the client;
- Assist in the further development of our team by contributing to projects with social impact, propositions, personal development and recruitment;
- Supporting project management and facilitating workshops and meetings for clients.
