The Kearney Strategy Challenge is our number one recruitment event and your chance to experience life as a strategy consultant at Kearney.
During this three-day business course, you and the other selected top students will dive into a challenging real-life case, with the support of Kearney consultants.
The event
During Kearney’s Strategy Challenge everything is arranged to ensure a fully immersive event. You will get to know Kearney’s people, our vision, and the day-to-day work of a strategy consultant. Together with the other participants you will have the chance to experience Kearney first-hand through lunches, dinners, and fantastic evening programs. We look forward to meeting you!
The case
As a strategy consultant, you help businesses, organizations, and governments make essential strategic decisions: decisions with impact. You will get a taste of the work of a strategy consultant by solving a challenging case for our partner EAT. They work for a future where healthy & sustainable food is affordable, accessible and attractive to all.
During the three-day challenge you and your team will aim to investigate “the question behind the question,” define the problem, and develop a direction for solving the case. To solve the case, you’ll be coached by experienced Kearney consultants. The highlight will be the presentation of your team’s solution to our consultants and representatives of EAT.
Who is eligible for this event?
Are you an excellent academic student with unlimited ambition and a good sense for human interaction and relationship building? Additionally, are you a team player with a creative mindset who can develop tailored solutions to complex problems? Regardless of your academic profile, we challenge you to apply!
*Please note that fluency in Dutch, both verbal and written, is a requisite for participating.
The application process
- Complete the application form on the website no later than October 4, 2023.
- Include your letter of motivation, CV, high school transcript, university transcript(s), and profile picture.
- We’ll let you know by October 9, 2023 if you’re invited to the interview round.
- The interviews will take place October 17 – 20, 2023.
- The final selection will be announced by October 30, 2023.
