About the program
The HEINEKEN Global Graduate Program offers you the opportunity to start your career in one of our key functions: Supply Chain, Commerce (Sales or Marketing), Digital & Technology, Finance, Procurement or People (Human Resources).
We are looking for driven individuals who are eager to build a solid foundation in their chosen area during the first years of their career. During the program, you will collaborate with other functions and with colleagues across the world, deepening your experience, whilst you build expertise in your selected area. This focus will lay the groundwork for your continued growth and development, opening up a world of possibilities, as you progress your career within HEINEKEN.
During the three-year program, you will follow a path consisting of three rotations, each lasting six months. The first two rotations will be in your home country, with the final rotation seeing you travel overseas to work in another operating company. Following these rotations, you will work for around 18 months in a role in your home operating company. After successful completion of the program, you will be ready to explore our world, and to explore your future, at HEINEKEN.
By the end of your three year adventure, you’ll be ready for the next step.You will then have the opportunity to transition into a management role at HEINEKEN. Your learning journey doesn’t end here — we offer programs to ensure you continue developing and growing as a leader of tomorrow.
Criteria & Conditions
- Education: A Bachelor's degree (or a Master's, depending on location) and/or a Qualification in a relevant discipline (at Operating Company’s discretion).
- Work Experience: No specific previous work experience is required! But we are looking specifically for new graduates. That’s a maximum of 1-year post-graduation.
- Languages: English language is essential, in addition to your local language requirements.
- Work Rights: The right to work in the country of your program is essential.
- Travel Flexibility: Global exploration can’t happen from home! We require all Explorers to be fully globally mobile.
Application process
1. Application Submission
Simply upload your CV and cover letter through our application portal to be in with a chance of gaining a place on the program. Be sure to get your application in before the deadline.
2. Test time - Online Assessments
If your application is successful, you'll have the chance to take our online assessments. These will be based on situational behaviour scenarios, so no need to prepare anything in advance.
3. Getting to know each other - Interviews
Next, if you have proceeded to the interview section, you'll be invited to sit 2 interviews with us. This gives us a chance to get to know each other better.
4. All together now - Assessment Center
Then it's time for the in-person assessment centre, where you will participate in various activities and evaluations.
5. Welcome to the team - Joining HEINEKEN
Upon successfully completing all stages, you will receive an offer to join HEINEKEN's Global Graduate Program. Cheers to that!
